Suspension upgrade

Hi all,

Looking for advice here. Going to be upgrading my suspension on my 110 double cab XS. Thinking about going for Old Man Emu (used to have Scorpion and found it excellent but heard good stuff about OME) but would like to know more from members who have it fitted. I have an ARB winch bumper (big wotsit!!) and will be fitting a winch shortly.
I dont want a full 2" lift as I am not keen on the look that much (unless anyone has photos of their trucks with a 2" OME lift on I can see!!) and I dont want to get into changing propshafts and radius arms etc. Can anyone with knowledge give me an idea of which spring numbers to go for?? I want a lift of about 1-1.25" that will be permanent and not sink as the springs settle in. I dont carry much weight in the back of the truck at all, so wont need anything ridiculously heavy duty.
I should add that I run Boost alloys with 265/75/16 BFG muds.
I am looking from advice from people with real time experience of these springs and shocks, so please be honest!!!

I have a 90 with the OME lift on it, as does AndrewS. Mine us currently shod with 285/75/16 KL71's on black alloys, these are my play rims

I have 265/75/16 BFG All Terrains on Boosts for non play days. Will try and post some pictures in my gallery on the KL71's and when I change them back to the non play tyres will post more.

The OME kit does give it a lift and on the 265's it did look a little bit wrong, although I was being fussy!

2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 HCPU Cairns Blue

I Run OME springs with TJM shox on my 110 very happy with this set-up .
As I have no winch 761 on front and 755 on the Back. As you are fitting a winch I would reckon 751 on the front . Will give a small lift . If you want good advice on OME suspension contact Devon 4x4 and speak to Simon or Liz.
