Defo engine out, much easier to change the seal that way.

Only on a series and yea, engine out was easier. I think yours will have. Removable gearbox cross member though? This will make the box out possibly easier?? 1951 80" S1 2.0

Thanks for your help, I was just trying to avoid the inevitable mess having to drain the coolant but realised shortly afterwards that i've got to drain the oil to get the sump off anyway so I may as well take the engine out.
Although it seems to be alot, it's not actually a massive amount. It'll have to wait a couple of weeks Dave |
