The number plate 2015 110 USW XS in Santorini with premium contrast leather seats in tan/black, black headlining and with Dual Finish alloys (in the garage, now on Wolf rims with Goodyear MT/Rs) 2012 '62' 2.2 X-Tech 110 USW now gone ... 1984 90 soft top with full roll cage, 200 tdi engine etc now sold 2012 USW XS 2.2 "FUU" now gone.... |

Doubt if it'll get Stateside! it would get stateside and quickly be crushed as this is what they are now doing with vehicles that don't stack up anything non period for the vehicle will be rejected and crushed and not returned to the UK. 2008 110 2.4 XS Utility (Hagrid)

If that is the case, it could be an expensive mistake for anyone hoping to cash in on the premium US imports .
I recently rebuilt a 1985 110 v8 for a customer (american airman living in UK). Replaced the chassis, replaced bulkhead at the same time as converting to LHD and rebuilt the engine. He took the car back to the US when he went and had no probs getting it into the US as he had receipts for all the parts fitted as well as a photographic build up. But he said it was also more straight forward because it was his own car and he wasn't doing it for business purposes. Apparently there is big business involved in bringing 25 year old landrovers to the US due to the prices they fetch over there 2000 90 TD5,galv chassis, d2 axles ,Bas remap , alisport intercooler , d2 transfer box , side windows-more to come-much more!! *GONE* 2004 110 TD5 Double cab. *GONE* 2010 110 2.4 XS station wagon |
