Sold - Defender 90 CSW TD5
For sale, 2004 defender CSW, 90, java black. 1 previous owner , 43k miles, years mot and had a recent full service. Alarm / central locking, elec widows , factory fitted chequer plate, adjustable head lights, cd / radio, tow pack. Genuine un-modified vehicle with exceptionally low mileage, also benefitting from the pre-2006 lower road tax . £12,950 . Please call for any further info, thanks for reading. Just popped 12 months road tax on her

looking on ebay theres a few examples of 2004 CSW's with twice the mileage at £14 / 15k, mines a steal!

hmmm tempting. What's the rust proofing situation on it? Not sure if I can pursuade the wife we need another Land Rover ( she is asking for a new car though) - but I might as well try - the worst that can happen is I get a STARE and SILENCE!!!!

Ref corrosion I have found no rust or areas of concern on either the body or chassis - flew through its MOT with no corrosion advises ( or any other advises ).
The only body ‘damage’ is a small dent on the O/S front wing and a small dent on the roof curve above the driver – I'm just waiting for Mr Dent-removal-man to address these – not too bad for the age!

I sold a similar Defender last year, my pride and joy. Started at £12,500, ended up selling for £9800. I was a bit gutted at the price, but pumas sell for 12.5k now, loads out there, ok not all mint, but it seams to be a buyers market.

I didn't get a phone call till I dropped it to 10.5k.

Thank you for that Information , I have looked around ( as anyone can ) and numerous similar vehicles are advertised on the web today for 15k, so I consider mine competitively priced, the vehicle has had lots of interest and attracted offers at its current advertised price, regards a puma , after owning a brand new 2011 XS 90 I presently choose to own and drive td5s, enough said
