Whatever it was, this is a site owned by an individual and it is in his gift (and that of those he appoints) to remove anything they choose. They're just words; their deletion won't cause the riding of the four horsemen.
Meanwhile, in the real world, something actually worthy of your outrage may be going on. Feel free to find a suitable platform from which to yell about it. 54 Freelander modded for mud 2008 D3 SE 2010 90 XS SW 1978 88 Series 3 undergoing surgery with a new owner 2007 90 County Truck Cab - gone 2006 D3 SE - gone 2004 Freelander Sport - gay 1999 Disco V8 ES rotted to bits |

Totally agree with the decision made. I also agree with much of the original thread but as pointed out there are public areas that those views can be made. This is a forum for discussion on Land Rovers and as such should tay that way.

I do hope that I'm not going to be criticised again for moving this into the feedback forum
I removed the thread as it turned into a discussion that I do not want to be responsible for as publisher and host. Experience shows that these kinds of threads also end up absorbing a disproportionate amount of time to moderate. My other sites have threads regarding the Woolwich murder which have not degenerated and have therefore stayed online. Just because Facebook decides to host something does not mean I have to. 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top 2015 D90 XS SW |

It's the sensible and careful modification to this site that keeps it just the way it is. A good place to be un-like many others it is a helpful and informative forum without social class and jealousy always there like a lingering bad smell.
The site is for Defender related topics or occasionally light hearted off topic chat in the correct forum. Some topics need not be breached unless via another site that permits it such as bookface. Or face to face friend to friend basis. So +1 to Martin for me too. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️ |

Well done Martin.
Yesterday's events were appalling and a tragedy but this is not the place. |
