Anyone going or have experience of it? Thinking of going on the way back from an Austria trip the week after next.

I think it's the best show (after Overland Expo). Not been either, but read loads of reviews and seen people's pictures over the years Thumbs Up

We went last year and really enjoyed it, a totally different experience to uk land rover shows. If it wasn't for the hubb we would almost certainly have gone this year too.

Shazzy90 - thanks for the PM mate, only just seen it this morning!!! When I returned I had a mountain of emails, 784 to be precise, but your message got lumped in with the £20,000,000 inheritance from my long-lost relative in Nigeria, my 'new girlfriend' in Russia who for some odd reason desperately wants to hook up with me, and all the offers of some magic blue pill that's "going to transform my life". Decided to stick to the anti-Viagra tablets I'm on at present!!!

Doubt if we would have met up in Bad Kissingen anyway, as when I got to the campsite Friday lunchtime, it resembled a swamp - no, it WAS a swamp/lake - and it was only one way traffic ... OUT! Wondered why all those overland vehicles and campers were on the autobahn heading west away from the venue.

Managed to pitch a pop-up tent quite literally on a friend's Trade Stand at the show (right in the middle of his stand, so just folded it up when the show opened in the morning), so avoided the campsite mud.

Where did you end up?
