1998 Defender 90 V8 Petrol 50th Auto Atlantis Blue

SOLD: 5 x Boost Alloys (4 x BFG AT & 1 x GG)

Hi,

After buying new wheels / tyres I'm selling the following:

5 x Boost Alloys
4 with BFG 235 x 85 x 16 AT and 1 with a General Grabber TR 235 x 85 x 16

The Boost's and BFG's were bought brand new in May 2012 and have covered less than 3000 miles. The General Grabber is unused and was the spare on my 110. Tread is as you would expect from tyres with so little use very deep (see pictures). No off road use, all in excellent condition.

Looking for £650

I'm more interested to know what you used to get that nice black finish on the tyres? The bfgs on my 90 are looking tired, and although good could do with brightening up - product info please

Hi DJ,

Cheers - yes, they are offered here before they go onto the bay of E and priced to sell.

They have hardly been used but a quick wash and re-wax of the alloys plus a spray of Meguiars tyre shine brings the rubber back to a nice deep black. Cheers,

Sounds like a trip to halfrauds for some of that

I wish I'd known about this forum when I paid £700+ for a set of 5 bfg,s with modulars a good number of years ago

I could have had alloys and tyres for less on here

been kicking myself for years

You can't go wrong at this price!
