Well I now have the Mantec RAI. But the instructions leave a LOT to be desired. Any one have any tips/pics they wish to share.

I understand all the bolt bits but it's the order of the RAI, plate thingy and the foam seal.

I think it should be working from body outwards

Body panel
Foam seal
Plate thingy
RAI

Any other options. Or I could ditch the foam bit and use black mastic everywhere to get a good seal. Is there anywhere else I need to seal up? 110 D250 SE HT

Here you go explained with pictures aswell, i did the same as this guy except between every layer i applied sealant, since i just dont trust it otherwise, especially if ur going swimming

Thanks for that. Had a look at both sets of pics. Will follow them but will be using a bit of mastic as well, just to be sure 110 D250 SE HT

Thats the way to go

Also there is a thread on here by andrew aswell to check the inner ducts and seal them off properly

Almost forgot to check all the inner joints. I just assumed they would be water tight.
