Hi all
I'm considering replacing my D2 Td5 with a 90 Puma, and would like to know if my current engine monitoring systems (Little Black Box & Madman EGT) will fit in the Puma? If not, what are the options for monitoring the following: EGT Oil Pressure Turbo Boost Battery voltage Transfer Case Temp |

EGT - No sensor on the engine
Oil Pressure - Available to the CANbus Turbo Boost - Available to the CANbus Battery voltage - Available to the CANbus (Alternator output) Transfer Case Temp - No sensor that I'm aware of Anything on the CANbus can be read and displayed real time with a ScanGaugeII. I'm not familiar with the two units you mention. 110 2.4TDCi 110 300Tdi LROCV ::: AULRO.com |

Ok, noted. EGT I guess will have to be a Madman, and will involve some drilling for the probe. I suppose T-case temp can be omitted. EMS and Madman are very popular in SA on the Tdi's and Td5's, see these links for details: http://landyonline.co.za/shop/product_info...cts_id/133 http://landyonline.co.za/shop/product_info...ucts_id/61 http://landyonline.co.za/shop/product_info...cts_id/114 |

Has anyone here fitted an EGT probe + temp monitor to the Puma? If so, where did you drill to fit the probe?
