Erm, unlike in the UK where you're never more than a stone's throw away from an LR stealer or a town/village with a mechanic, out here in Africa sometimes you find yourself 500km+ away from the nearest village. And by village I mean a collection of huts without running water nor electricity, much less a phone or mechanic So reliability is a huge factor when buying a 4x4 here. Which would explain why the UN stopped buying landies and only buys Land Cruisers and Patrols |
