On going fuel sender problem HELP!
Got a fuel gauge reading full all the time, I have replaced 3 fuel senders 2 britpart , last one bearmack, but all look the same, replaced fuel gauge, added extra earth on gauge, wiring seems fine.

Its on a 200 tdi 90 1992 , had motor since 1999 and has never a problem with this till the last 6 months and I really cannot work this out, read different things on forums .

Its three wired type black / cream / green , have moved in different positions as some forums say britpart wiring is different to land rover's , no baffel in the way of the sender arm.

Friend of mine had same problem with his D2! Fuel gauge all over the place. He got an oem one fitted by the garage at around twice the cost. It's all good now.

I'd try duckworths or JL services at willenhall they will sort you out I
Use JL for most of my stuff.

Finally got round to double checking every thing again bearmach sender , no different, and after another two fuel gauges, the second one was the fix.

Well all I will say is just keep trying and you'll get there! 2014 2.2 90 hard top , Warm M8000 , Scorpain winch bumper, Ashcroft rear atb
