Having said that, you could get a bike in there, and block off the alleyway.

I thought that too, motorbikes could obstruct that alley so the double yellow lines are not entirely crazy .

It's a Censored to park outside my house too with the ****** the people opposite trying to own the whole road. Evil or Very Mad
Regarding the double yellow lines as mentioned it's not entirely a silly idea as a bike or bike(s) have probably been blocking the alleyway hence the council making the decision to paint it. It then gives them the right to take action if anything is put there as without they can't. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

I hear they are putting a visitors centre beside the water feature LandLord drowned his defender in....maybe we should ask them to put a monument there! ===================================
