@Gum97
Yes it's a cat flap, needless to say they haven't been using it. They keep scratching at the window to go out and then when its opened and they see the snow up to the window bottom they quickly change their minds. Barbara |

A little video which shows how much snow we have had. I am the black 110 pulling out the drive at the beginning and getting stuck at the end!

Despite rumours to the contrary it is not a cat flap in the first photo I put up. Brendan PS It is an impression of one. Now how long will it be before I get a clout |

Neither do I.....it is my wife's account. I will try to extract it somehow as it is not even my video. Randomly appeared on my wife's 'timeline'. Just so happened the person who made the video of me knows my brother, hence the link to me and the wife.
Anyone know how to do it? |

Download it to a file / folder then upload it to Youtube. Failing that it'd either be distribution by E-mail if you don't have a Youtube account or not at all as this site doesn't support video content only photo galleries. Saying that try and upload it to your photo gallery on here and perhaps it can be downloaded from there by us members. âï¸âï¸God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 âï¸âï¸ |

Has that worked? It isn't even that good a video. It is more the challenge of getting it to work now. |

Snow? Of course not, it has been well above 30°C all week here in Sharm El Sheikh. You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

Had a little drive around today.
Our local road you can only get out of one way where local farmer has cleared it. Other way is blocked by at least 5 abandoned cars where the road is now completely blocked for about half a mile with a continuous snow drift at least 4 feet deep. i.e.. up to top of dry stone walls and straight across the road. On another road residents of local estate leave their cars rather then driving into the estate. Some of them are going to have a surprise in the morning. Roads are clear but their cars are completely covered in snow where it has just drifted over the walls and buried them!!! About 200 yards away there is another abandoned car, not a single snowflake on it. However completely snowed in by a four foot high snow wall. Yes the wind has been having fun and games with the powder snow. Brendan |
