Not been out to measure yet but there's a lot here. Room of 110 is square now, looks like 5" or so. Main road at the end of my cul de sac is under a lot of snow. No cars have been down it in the 30 minutes I have been up.
"Unfortunately" ( ) I have to give a friend a lift later on. Great fun for us civvy types but best wishes to the farming guys tonight. So who has NOT got snow...?? Good half foot on the ground this morning and it is still coming down thick and fast too... I guess the maintenance I had planned for this weekend is going to have to wait until after the MOT on Monday... Darn it...

Snow outside front door is 30"/750mm deep.
Drifts are over the dry stone walls say 6 ft deep. Looking out of widow to get around corner of house, snow looks thigh deep! However in the middle of the lawn you can still see the grass. Some amazing shapes of snow drifts Guess where the snow shovel is? Yes in the Land Rovers. BAD, BAD planning on my part. Brendan |
