Both my favourite wheels- The nero has got to be the one though The wheels are alot smaller so gives a bit more room which is an improvement CSK Automotive

Looking forward to the arrival of my Nero from Chris (Killer) on Friday
It will be interesting to see how it compares to the Raid wheel I had on the 110. Positives on the raid (and I am sure the Nero will be the same) More elbow room Easier to get in and out For me but others may think a negative, brings the wheel closer to you - long legs and short arms Only negative I found were the column stalks were further away but you get used to it. Why bother to 'tart up' an already iconic vehicle? Sooner spend my money on something useful. |

i changed my wheel about two weeks ago, purely on the fact that the standard one had constant disagreements with my right knee.. I suppose thats what you get for being 6'4! Its not only fitting on sports bikes but driving land rovers too!!
I went for the turner one mainly because of the fact that my truck is a working vehicle on the farm and have suede on the wheel is just asking for trouble with oily greasy hands! But to be fair the fact that it is £50 cheaper is quite good too Since changing it I've found it much more comfortable to drive, not only with no-knee-pinching steering but also alot more elbow room next to the window! Which i totally wasnt expecting! Only downside i shall say, which isn't really a downside, is that it increases the steering snatch you get when going over potholey roads or bad country lanes etc.. (As obviously because the wheel is smaller it exaggerates the snatch) But i was going to fit an aftermarket steering damper anyway.. So it doesn't bother me I got mine from Gary at Alive, really helpful and also has some very sexy bosses to compliment.. Thats a point, make sure you get the right boss, which maintains the self cancelling indicators!! (unless your not bothered by that kind of thing) Cheers Doug |

Doesn't remotely go with the Defender styling. Way too flash. Completely at odds. Moto Lita or standard.
