one for the mtb'ers perhaps.
had this bike for some time (from new) and its generally it very good condition having had numerous parts replaced. all in all as far as I'm concerned its a fantastic bike but all the same I'm updated it recently and it'll therefore be spending an increasing amount of time haning up in the garage. for that reason I'd like to bring it back to its former glory by getting the various scratches etc touched up and hopefully have it looking like new again. any idea where I might be able to get this done? Stove Enamaling is supposed to give a cracking finish, but not sure if you're after a complete repaint or not?
Being the Midlands, I'm sure you'll find some people that do it. There used to be a place in Burton that did it for about £25 Burton Stove Enamelling Unit 14 Anderstaff Industrial Estate Hawkins Lane Burton on Trent Staffordshire DE14 1QH Tel: 01283 561195 As for maintenance in the kitchen! maintenance being carried out in the B&B kitchen the night before setting off on the monster coast 2 coast (c2c) for charity. re the stove enamelling many thanks - I am however looking to simply touch up the scratches and not a full respray. |

I'd drop Cannondale an email asking for the paint code so that at least you should be able to match it.
They may even have scratch/chip kits available. These are the distributors for Cannondale in the UK Cycling Sports Group Vantage Way, The Fulcrum, Poole, Dorset, bh12 4Nu tel: +44 (0)1202 732288 fax: +44 (0)1202 723366 sales@cyclingsportsgroup.co.uk Craig Rogers 2007 Puma 110 XS 2011 Evoque Coupe Dynamic Lux www.craigrogers.photography |

One of my local bike shops does frame resprays so you might be able to find one locally

Wow! Cape Epic. Great goal to aim for!
It is tough! Very tough, I've not done it myself, but know a few who have tried and failed! Awesome! EDIT: The social rides are all put on the website at www.chase2coast.co.uk/social.html There's 2 a month, and going forward, it'll be one Wednesday evening and one Saturday, usually morning, but not always. Then we do a lot of other Social stuff too (apart from the guiding/holiday). Cracking Hayfield Killer in the Peaks coming up soon (details also on the Social page) Craig Rogers 2007 Puma 110 XS 2011 Evoque Coupe Dynamic Lux www.craigrogers.photography |

You'll be fine, I think a lot of people do it thinking it'll be like a holiday.

its not a holiday - thought it was a fews hours in the saddle on the afternoons followed by beer? bl**dy tuff me thinks but I enjoy a challenge - completing that will be a tick on the list of things to do before death (mega bike challenge) |
