OE immobiliser Thatcham cat 2
Is the Puma OE alarm for my '08 XS90 & its immobiliser Thatcham category 2? My vehicle isn't insured for theft if not. Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender

I was told the one on my 09 was a thatchem 2
I would suggest adding another cat 1 alarm immobiliser or even just a diff cat 2 immob to prevent you from needing to claim on the insurance! its only a car!
