Hello!
I've just popped over from the Disco 3 forum because for once its my Defender thats got me stumped. I'm fitting a reversing camera so I can see whats going on at the towball when I back up to large trailers. All is fitted with camera on rear crossmember and cheapo Halfords DVD palyer in dash. I need to get a feed to the DVD player from the reversing light which will switch the camera on when reverse is selected. I can obviously run a wire from the rear light alongside the camera cable but its just another length of wire to mess with and go wrong. There must be something I can get to closer to the dash?? Does a reverse light feed pass through the fuse panel beneath the dash or perhaps under drivers seat? Any help gratefully received. |

Thanks B19. Does it enter the cab at any point or just romp off rearwards towards the reversing light?
