Quiet and professional wins the race here. A business that is also "clicky" can put a lot of people off too and of course along with attitude.
A local garage I used in the past which is in a rough area "Can't help you mate on that. Sorry" Needless to say never went back there.... Off topic I know but attitudes make a big difference for all sales.

Very true Steve - first impressions Wink But when someone is slagging off a competitor it actually makes them look needy and desperate Rolling Eyes CSK Automotive

Well we all will have proof next week.

When it comes to actual performance 99% of the time we all have to go on what is told to us. We therefore have to each decide who we trust. Generally when those people deliver on what we ask them to, they gain our allegiance.

This industry is let down by the magazines most of all. We're are the comparisons of products and the unbiased technical appraisals? Stop reviewing cordless drills and start reviewing land rover products.

How hard would it be to take a standard 2.4 to a rolling road and apply each map to measure the difference? There's a good one to get started on. LRM, LRO and LRW you can have that one for free.

You people make me laugh, all this for a pretty agricultural utility vehicle who's basic shape dates back to the late 40's Rolling with laughter Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades.
Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW.

Tell that to these guys!

As long as there have been cars people will try and make them go faster, better and stronger. No matter what the shape!

Mr Killer delivered me cracking service, great communications, speedy service and quality product.

And all that for a £4 bulb.

I always think no matter what the spend is the service should be good so would I spend £100s with Chris? Too right.

Same goes for "Leeds". Not spent anything yet but when I can afford what he sells I wont be Censored around looking to save £50 here and there. He's already earned that offering free advice and guidance.

All the best mate.
