Looks like a Patriot/ Hannibal type. Looks sweeeeeeet. I do think it would look nicer if the lights were inverted though.

In tastes nothing can be written but Im Agree with the ligths inverted for some practical reason more than aesthetics.
The ligths in this position increase the heigth of the Defender (less parking places availables) and are more prone to hit some obstacles (like tree branch, etc) and be damaged. I think it is a Frontrunner Expedition Roofrack (I have one). From the shadows on the roof one can see the bars are from side to side. The Hannibals are from front to rear. Also the clamps are typical Frontrunner. Lights (may be a bit smaller too) inverted look nicer indeed, me thinks.
