Can't speak for myself as I'm running standard on mine but there are people on here that have them and seemed pleased. Can't remember who exactly now though. Confused No Guts, No Glory.

On my 90 I had the Koni Heavy Tracks, they were very good. They are on the list for the 110.

Did a search before I got them for the 90 and quite a few on here recommended them.

The Heavy Track Raids are meant to be better again but command a real premium and general consensus seems to be most people won't benefit from the additional spec...

ive got a set of koni's on a def90. They are a little overdamped when cold, but soon supple up after some offroading. for pure road use i think they are a little too tough. my 90 has all the usual metal bits hanging off it, but no interior luggage etc; its a P&P toy. my springs are normal height normal weigth flatdogs

Had Konis on my td5 110 which is now sold...couldn't fault them for every day driving and light off road but no heavy duty expedition work.

Would be my first choice again, if I need a set and have used OME, Bilstens, LR etc.

Yep, another satisfied Koni user here. I had them on my old Disco I, which put up with all sorts of overland-type punishment, and I've now got them on my 110. Darren

I've got Koni's on the Defender 110 USW.

SWMBO didn't like teh choppy ride (unladen) so first swapped the rear springs for those on a CSW (small improvement), then the shocks, from standard to Koni.

Did the rears first and that gave the biggest difference. Made the ride much less choppy. SWMBO found she could put her head on the headrest without it getting bounced off...and she became a much happier passenger.

Shortly after that I did the fronts. Improved again, but not by such a large margin as the rear.

Did the write-up for the fronts here http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic16066.html Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)

I have a set of Heavy Track on the front to compensate for the bumper and winch which had took its toll on the standard ones after a few years of abuse- I will deffo be changing the rears to Koni too when I converet the rear suspension.
