The way my other half drives the smaller the wheel the bigger the tyre required to maintain the same rolling radius. No danger of any kerbing then. Also the easier to clean the better. I used to have a BMW with cross-spoke alloys....friggin' nightmare to clean still have nighmares over them wheels.

The ones in your first picture ar Maxxtrac Mantras which are made by Arcasting for Silverline. They are available in 16"x8" 17"x8,18"x9" and 20"x9"

I don't think they look as good as the Sport design but they have sold that to Twisted or there is some sort of exclusive on them now.

Can't fault Silverline for WHeels but my experience of them when it comes to tyres is that they will recommend whatever they need to shift and not what is best for you.

I have a real soft spot for the 18" Kahns on Yorky's with BFG.

I kinda wished I hadnt sold my boosts after seeing them Rolling Eyes though it's a shame they havent got a little bit more offset.

The black SVX wheels on mobile centres 110 (?) that was at Donnington, really looked well Wink

I quite like the 18 inch Boost replicas in black but I am unsure whether the load weighting is enough at 1050kg?? Embarassed http://www.4x4tyres.co.uk/defender-15inch-...-2999.html

Late to the party but I run the 18" boosts with LTZ and love them... Hardly an ride changes from 16" Boosts, just look perfect IMHO. Nath

Ay4alex - that is the picture I really wanted! The stance and size looks great with those 19's!

Mr B - I would love to see what your boosts look like if you have any photo's because like you I really like the look of them!

JSG - Those black boosts look brilliant and would certainly be the most cost effective option! Did you spray them or buy them black?

Love the Khan 18 inch Yorky. Really suits the all black look of your defender!
