iv'e done a few things to him since i got him the last owner got into a bit of a tif with a wicklow spruce tree , and the front n/s wing got damaged along with the passenger window the rear worklight and a few other little bits i've sorted all out now apart from the wing which needs the outer skin replaced have to get the paint code from the builder i bought a set of anthracite ZU rims which will get a set of 305ish all terrain type tyres when i find a set and i've changed the steering wheel for something smaller ie a nice leather mountney wheel a few more plans in the pipe line including avery heavy duty gearboxx member guard /slider that are being made up by a friend they'll get galvanised after christmas and fitted in due course i plan to change the half shafts and cvs for kam stuff in time too ailrc.net Last edited by landkeeper on 24th Dec 2009 4:18pm. Very nice indeed. It's a shame Land Rover never went ahead with their plans to sell a 100" wheelbase Defender: it seems the ideal length. Peter

yep i was told that the dvd was the inspiration for this land rover and it was sold on ebay but changed hands a couple of times since then but it is my intention to keep it ailrc.net
