Carefully...... ![]() Using the same principle as the spotlight diagram below. Whereas the light switch is obviously your heated windscreen/rear window and the lights are the mirrors. Using the Puma Diagrams you should be able to tap into the heated screen loom for your supply to the mirror elements. If you've an XS model with front heated screen..... Front screen relay R208 purple output cable contact C0994-87 Or if not..... Rear screen relay R138 output cable contact C0044-30 ![]() Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

I was going to wire my heated mirror to the heated screen so they come on when screen is on.

To buck the trend I wired mine up independently as I don't use the rear screen very often but find that switching them on helps when they mist up due to spray on motorways and major roads. It's all manual at the moment and one of these days I'll put a timer in the circuit to help me from having to keep checking if the tell tale is on.

That's exactly what I did with mine, the current draw is so little it won't make much difference. Works just fine ![]() Pessimists say the glass is half empty.. Engineers say the glass is twice the size it needs to be! |
