Scotland 1996 Defender 90 300 Tdi CSW Alpine White
Rear X-member
Have to put a new back end on the defender later this year. picked up a brand new rear X-member cheap last year and filled it full of wax oil.

Just wondered if anyone has any advise on how to tackle this job, what to avoid doing, etc

Is it just a basic crossmember or is it one with chassis extensions Mav???
