Bit of Snow Laning - Peaks & Oldham
Me and a few mates went out for a play in the snow over the weekend. The Peaks were really dicey and before lunch we decided it would be safer to head for home and live to lane another day!!

Anyway, here's a little video montage of a few of the lanes we managed around Oldham and a few in the Peaks.

Check out my YouTube channel for green laning and Land Rover "how to" videos.

Excellent! What sort of tyres were you using? I used to have OEM General Grabbers on my 110 and they went pretty much everywhere in the mountains during winter. Not yet tried with my MTs, but fear that they wont be as good.

I was running BF Goodridge MT's. I think the combo of my mate going over first and then one aborted attempt by me had compacted the snow so much nothing else was going over. Oh yeah and I realised when I got back that I hadnt sorted my tyres from my last motorway trip and I was running about 30 all round!!

All excuses though, as the boys never tired of telling me on the way home! Check out my YouTube channel for green laning and Land Rover "how to" videos.
