Whilst I think Bob's is a great looking DC it would be too much to swap judging by his asking price

I think you are right. Compared to some DC's out on the market mine is cheap. Most are shown ex VAT which is great for you running a business but it adds about another £4K for a private buyer.
Also, I am looking for a new 2.2 SW so there is a slight mismatch there - originally I was going for a HT but SWHMBO had her say Mine went on Flea Bay last night and I had four watchers in 30 minutes and now that number is up to ten.
