Those goodyears are a mile better than the standard continentals that land rover fit. Who ever thought they where a good idea should be taken out and made to stand in the snow for the weekend bare foot.

Think new tyres are on my list and agree the BFG's are the best tyres I've had.

Just fittet some 265 km2s to my truck and can say they are brilliant tyres, had 235s of the same tyre on a previous defender and they were great too. The 265s seem better in the snow though, although a lot of people say skinny is better?! But they are great tyres no matter the size.

I have never ever seen a limited edition Defender that I liked - I always felt that original / factory spec was best and needed no messing with. However, I must say I'm taken with the X-Tech. Something about it...very purposeful and slightly sinister. Very tempting, especially in grey/black.
