Oh it's the LR orig Front Grill n Lamps moulding kit (complete 3 piece set - LR008361). Usually though, every pic I've seen of this kit (like on the SVX vehicles), the lights used with the kit r the LR upgrade front lights kit (VPLDV0001). That last lights kit alone is about £500

Sorry, lemme make this clearer. The gift moulding kit that I got is orig LR, BUT it's the optional upgrade grill n lights moulding kit (not the normal stuff that comes with the standard vehicle).

I'm sure people would be glad to help but perhaps like me are a bit confused as to what moulding kit you mean, any chance of a photo? Steve.

Headlights yes, sidelights no longer relevant and indicators are too big. IIRC in SVX grille indicators are around 55mm and aux driving lights are 90mm. You'd need to validate this by measuring.
You can look at sourcing equivalents from somewhere like dun-bri.com |

LR008361 would appear to be the SVX grille kit.
Not having one (and frankly not liking them as much as the standard grille) I can't answer the OPs question except to say that I don't think the lights are compatible. Hopefully someone who's upgraded can provide a definitive answer. |

This one?
The accessories section on the LR site says: Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |

I'm thinking confusion set in when you said original and perhaps like me series III springs to mind.
I think what you meant was OEM like on the SVX ? |

Guys .. thanx much for the input. Agree & apologise for the confusion caused by my orig post. Also agree with SteveG ... I doubt I'll be able to get the existing front lights into the SVX Grill set Which means have to wait till I'm able to gather enough to dish out for the lighting packs also . HOWEVER ... have a couple of free days coming up, n greatly inspired by the experimental and adventurous spirit of all on this & other such forums, am going to give it a "try" n see if I can somehow push/crush/pack the existing lights in (may require some mods or possible breakage ) Will keep u all posted as well

Some people on here have upgraded their SVX type front indicators to led units, so if you post a wanted in that section you may pick up a pair of the indicators you need at an ok price.
You can pick up a set of crystal headlights for about £45 and a good set of uprated headlight bulbs for £12-20. I got some osram Nightbreaker plus on amazon for £12 pair Thanks Steve |

Oooookaaay!! So u're saying I may be able to get an entire SVX front lighting pack for perhaps less than £100???? Let me think about this now OKAY At the cost of sounding stupid, is there a separate section for wanted posts, or do I just start a new post n state the required??

It all depends on price people want for their original indicators and you'll still need to source a pair of 90mm aux driving lights.
Yes start a new topic.Wanted SVX indicators Cheers Steve |
