Mine is lowered 4 cm just with the springs. I paid a lot to get them from a German company (loads of official papers you have to have here) but I'm sure there are cheaper options in the UK. The handling is great and the Defender looks quite "normal"

Just post in the wanted section for "Lowered springs" - it may get a bit more attention. The sponsors on here will certainly have some good ideas, especially tuners like Pete Bell (bell-auto-services), Gary at Alive, and Killer "how low can you go" 90

Yer its just a straight swap i have them on mine as ZeDefender said How low can you go you can try and beat us its pretty low re shocks im running genuine shocks at the moment but will later go to some bilsteins to match the springs. My springs were from extreme 4x4 CSK Automotive

I used to have my td5 lowered, it was so low I had to take the bumps stops out.....!
