Bloody flooding. Been through a hell of a lot of water these last few weeks and the D3 started throwing suspension faults this evening after a few days with a noisy compressor. Got it up on stands this evening and am going to check the air dryer tomorrow. It could be a quick fix, in which case I'll be there Saturday. If it needs a new compressor or the height rods recalibrating I'm unlikely to make it. Would bring the Defender, but wife needs it in the shoot this weekend 
Not bad - 100,000 miles in conditions from -24°C to +38°C, through water over the bonnet,8 countries, towing at the limit, recovering stuck artics in the snow and everything else I've thrown at it and first suspension fault comes after two weeks of daily immersion. I'll take that

Hmmmmmmmmm, okay. I'll be driving the Grey 110 TD5 with full length Hannibal rack and, ummmmm, tinted windows, 18inch Silverline Alloys and BFG A/Ts? Hopefully a at least one item is different?
