I had an absolute nightmare with non closing doors last winter, they would even fly open while on the move Crying or Very sad
My problem was not the seals but the lock / catch mechanism itself, this summer (!) i stripped all the catches out and washed them out with a powerful aerosol degreaser, blew them out with an air line then drenched them in WD40.
We have only had a couple of cold snaps this year but i would have to say i think i have got a result Very Happy
