Tow bar fitting on Range Rover P38
I have a friend who has asked me to help him fit one. I know this is a defender forum but there's no forum for the p38, so i wondered if any of you good people could point me in the right direction - where does the wiring loom plug into etc? What sort of tow bar would be the best? Any help hugely appreciated

Jimbo.

www.rangerover.net

My girlfriend had the type with a box section of steel which ran underneath the bumper as it allowed towbar to be adjusted to different heights unlike the fixed swan neck type

It's a long long time since I fitted one, from memory fairly straight forward forward with the rear bumper off.

I think I have a new one in the box still - I sold my p38 at least 5 years ago so I'll need to do some digging if he hasn't got one yet?
