Is it more of a high-ish pitched warbling/chirping sound than a squeal?

Maybe a slipping belt or stuck tensioner?

It's likely to be a leaking manifold/Turbo joint.

yep 100% turbo gasket to manifold whip the turbo off and machine it flat or using a flat block sand it flat and re fit replace all nuts though also put a rag down the inlet as you dont want swarf going in there
