I've just changed from a DC 110 to a Utility 110, there is marginal more leg room, my knees when a passenger no longer rub on the dash and much more room to tilt the set back as the passengers behind can also do the same
However I suspect the DC is a poor example due to the fixed cab position Defender 110 Puma Utility XS |

This is the one I had in mind - nothing to do with me though! http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic16900.html |

Cheers. It certainly looks nice, though I am after a more traditional look, with the white roof, steel wheels etc.
I really like the Series vehicles but am after something a little more useable. |

Tried pm'ing but didn't work for some reason. Try Alex Everitt at Lookers Colchester, he did me and Forest172 a good deal recently

Try Ian Capel at Harwoods Tonbridge. I got my 110 XS SW for £25800 beating all others. 1951 80" S1 2.0

not sure what the percentage of discount is, but i bought a new x tech 90 three weeks ago from rodger young, with tow pack, dog guard, rubber mats front and back and a full wax oil for 21500 + vat, my local dealers had none, there was one at shefeild for 23500 + vat, and one on ebay for even more. but as a farmer they wouldnt give me NFU discount on an x tech. ended up travelling 370 miles to get best deal, but was worth it.

Good stuff, thanks. I will ask around a bit, see what kind of discounts there are to be had on a new vehicle. 10% off list price would be great, though I am not sure if it will be possible.
Once again, thank you for all the help with this, it is very much appreciated. |
