I f you find chains Nick I don't think that old Defender will be able to pull all that weight. Andy.

I think these are what you are after:
More seriously. I think you will struggle for a set for 315-75-16. But if you convert to imperial which is: 315= 12.41 (so width of 12.5) 75% of 12.41"= 9.3"x2= 18.6"+ 16"= 34.6" (so height of 35") Rim stays the same at 16" Konig do sets for both 35x12.5 r15 and r17 (but not 16).
