There is now a new search index powering the site search, relieving load on the main database. The intention is to make search more accurate and faster.
Note that with this new search engine, new posts can currently take up to 5 minutes to be entered into the search index. This may be reduced once I know more about what load this process places on the server. Please let me know feedback regarding the new search - accuracy, speed, stability, etc There is also a small update to the search results so that Internet Explorer users shouldn't now see "search expired" messages when returning to the results list And (finally) it is also now possible to search in message or title only, as well as the default message AND title 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top 2015 D90 XS SW |

That's blown it........K9F is going to have a field day now if any one even starts a post with "i did a search but......".
Think the forum should have a health warning that you should only post that you can't find something after days of rigorous searching with relevant evidence to back it up BM52 |

Any possibility the title font for the search title could be changed to red and the size increased somewhat (would suggest threefold)!
bm52 two days of thorough searching normally suffices. Ironical though that I seem to have a knack of finding what others seek. Great new tool! I may be able to 'get out more' at long last!
