Greetings all aficionados!
I am looking to add an auxiliary tank for my puma 90 and am trying to locate a dealer in UK to no avail. I know they have them in South Africa and Australia - but would prefer to purchase in UK. Has anyone got any knowledge as to where to locate one? Thanks Joe 'El pepe flamenco' JLS 'El Pepe Flamenco' |

That's the main auxiliary tank I think is being fitted here. Long Ranger or Long Range Automotive (I can never remember the name, but the logo is a stylised Kangaroo) are doing a full replacement tank which I think is up over 120L capacity for the 110 (no 90's in Australia ). They are Australian and sell here through ARB. 110 2.4TDCi

Thanks for your replies,
The Puma 90 hasn't rear seat, they have a fold down seat. I think a 110 tank wouldn't fit a 90 and am looking for a UK distributor as it would be quite expensive to post from Aus. Thanks anyway for all your help. Joe "El pepe flamenco' JLS 'El Pepe Flamenco' |

The old 90's had the fuel tank under the RH seat:
You can just see it under the door. The TD5 and later have the fuel tank at the rear so I think you can put an original 300TDi or so under the RH front seat for an additional 45 ltr. Thanks for that - I'll give it some thought.

The Tdi didn't have the electrics under the RH seat like the Td5 and Puma so there was more space underneath the seat box. Never know it may fit.
Also this Belgium site is listed as the Front Runner agent to the UK: http://www.lpi.be/ 110 2.4TDCi 110 300Tdi LROCV ::: AULRO.com |

On my TD5 I moved my electrics up behind the middle seat so the space under the seat is free. I don't know if that is as easy on a Puma. Roel

There are auxilliary fuel tanks designed to fit inside the right rear innner wing. They replace the fuel filler hose with an inline 30 litre tank. Numerous UK firms supply these. Have a look at

Just had one fitted at Devon 4x4. Same as mentioned above by Loudman999. All good and no issues.

We fitted 2 extra tanks on our td5 90 - as the basic bodywork is pretty much the same, I can't see why it wouldn't be possible to do the same on a Puma. We have the Safari Equip 30l in-line rear wing tank, and 50l sill tank under the driver's seat. For details of how we did it see our blog here - and follow her fuel system tags.
