Click image to enlarge the seats.. 3 point belts - nice Click image to enlarge a hole in the wheel arch 80mm x 200mm, with alumininum channel bolted to the underside Click image to enlarge seems there is more legroom, this is a 2003 110 XS, I believe the floor/tub may have been changed since earlier models. Still enough room to store the jack, warjning triangle and other junk.. Click image to enlarge underneath the arches... you can see the channel fitted and waxoyled. Good post...I take it that's all the pictures you have...It's just that I'm trying to source same for my French buddy here for his 1998 CSW.
You'd mentioned Disco 2 seats too?.....Do they have 3 headrests in them? Thanks again for the post Army 110 3 Door 200tdi Army 110 3 Door V8 Army Lightweight 2.25 Petrol 110 300tdi 5 door Yamaha XT660Z Ténéré Gas Gas 300EC Ohlins |

the DiscoII middle rows do have headrests, including a middle one that pops up and down depending on the position of the middle arm rest.
if you go the disco II route, you will need to make changes to the foam filler as stated, but with a bit of neat stitching, you should be able to make a good job. the other challenge is the floor anchor. post up some pics if you do it ... cheers |

Are there any more pictures of this or the Disco seat conversions available? I'm after doing something similar to mine.

I did not do the disco 2 seat conversion as you can see from the photos, but I bought a set before I got the defender2 seats. if you get a set of disco 2 seats, you just need to be brave with the 40% seat, it will come apart and from memory there's not much work needed to reduce the width.

I want some Puma seats as baby seats are rubbish in my 110 CSW, where are people sourcing them from?

Splendid Post, I have always considerred the middle row of seats as a place to be avoided at all costs since my 109 Safari years ago, though I replaced all the seats in that with much more comfortable ones, I'm sure an MOT tester would have had a heart attack if he saw how the new rear bench had been installed.
The Puma seats are much more comfortable and have the all important head restraints and 3 point harnesses. How well do the taller seats fold up? He who dies with the most toys wins Defender 90 & 110, S1 80", Disco 1, S111 88 LRSOC & CVLRC |
