LandyGlass??
Hi all,

Got a black 90 CSW and the rear side windows could do with refreshing so I wondered if the Landyglass was a viable option? what do people think of it and what are peoples experiences of it? What's the view from inside like..? not seen them in the flesh so not sure how they fit etc..

and lastly how much does it cost fitted?

Cheers

Nick

Nick,

Landyglass is pretty good - in fact that is what was fitted to your old 90 (darth). My parents Defender is also running round with the prototype set.

The price has increased lately and in all honesty your probably better off speaking to Dave direct as I can never keep up with the price changes - and even if through me, Dave would be fitting it as only down the road.

The other option is Masai Glass - but I haven't used any of their products, but they are comparable on cost and do get some good feedback.

With the glass panels, the view is good from the inside, as you don't realise how much the standard frame blocks some of the view.... and no more rattles.

Wow, I didn't think it would look like that from the inside for some reason.

So, it sort of looks the same inside, its just the outside that looks amazing? 2016 D4 HSE

The inside looks pretty much the same, apart from not having the strip of metal down the middle of the window.
It would seem then that the only change really is the appearance. But there is on other massive difference. There is no rattling Very Happy

ps, I must admit, I do like your use of the word 'amazing' Very Happy Which naturally, I think it does ! Thumbs Up An engine to TDi for!
