I can't find anything on this either - there seem to be quite a few aftermarket kits available but nothing I would trust. Let me know if you find something.

Found this one in Germany

http://nakatanenga-tours.de/shop/article_TEMP4DE/Tempomat-für-Land-Rover-Defender-Td4-MY07.html?shop_param=cid%3D24%26aid%3DTEMP4DE%26

Transleted by Opera automatically
High-quality more eschwindigkeitsregler, fitting for all Defender Td4 starting from MY07. Simple and comfortable use. More easily installation by our fitting instruction. The elegant comfort speed governor! Comfort: The distance automatically the speed regulates long travels without effort and stress, the speed governor. It cannot occur any longer the fact that you exceed beyond that inadvertently the speed limit and is a fuel economy required. Security: The switched on speed governor leaves the vehicle price increase further to the driver. For accelerating, simply like normally gas give, for slower driving normally brake, the speed governor switches off automatically. The speed governor is really practical. With a simple click the speed programmed before again one takes up. Gladly we build the automatic controller also in our workshop. But a time requirement of approximately 4-5 hours as well as a lump sum of EUR 200 result, -. Dispatch weight 1.00 kg Defender 110 '07
