Halfords sell countersunk alloy set screws in several colours including black (fro motorbike fairings) from memory they are about the same size as the normal CP stainless screws, there are also several suppliers on e/bay

If air and moisture can't get in there will be no electrolytic reaction between the two metals and dissimilar metal corrosion will not occur. 'Wet assembly' with a medium that entirely coats the fixing is the best solution. Copper slip and such substances will degrade and eventually disappear. A reputable sealant is always the best way to go.

Thanks - everything's pretty good but belly button is giving me Gyp where they stuck their tube thing in (keep thinking of the beginning of Matrix - ugh). Must call Thomas tomorrow about the blanks Rolling Eyes
Whilst waiting I've been playing with the air intake (no straining required) and, despite what I said, a BAS remap. It is very good and does what I always wanted Thumbs Up
Lights arrive next week too (hopefully) - wonder if wife will mind me telling her what she's already got me for Christmas Whistle Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
