Sweden 2009 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Santorini Black
Documentation for JW Speaker LEDs
I've got the Swedish equivalent to an MOT coming up for my Defender. I'm pretty convinced that the station in my parts of Sweden never seen a full-LED headlight before and will try and make it fail even though it's within regulations and street legal.

Does anybody have any type of documentation; certificate, spec-sheet, datasheet, etc? This could be very helpful to me as I didn't get any from Nakatang where I ordered them. I have the "older" glass type of 8700

Cheers

Have you tried obtaining the information from the supplier by specifically requesting it? Maybe Tim at Mobilecentre can help? Try dropping him a 'pm.' He is very helpful and amiable and has helped me in the past despite having no obligation to do so!"

From Tim's website you can download a data sheet from the link on this page....

FG, keep us posted how you fare. I know the lamps are properly E marked, etc. but it still is not fully clear to me if on the basis of what is printed on the headlamp, this is sufficient information for the testers to let them pass. I have the same concern as you, although my next Swiss MOT is only 3 years from now.
Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.
