MAF is correct (also fits a Freelander2 BTW)

The LR022157 is for a 2.2 Tdci. You want the far more expensive LR022164. Big Cry

is the "G" as in 501040G important? New box from LR the number comes without G

The other part would appear to have been supplied incorrectly!

Good job I chacked......these are spares for my next trip to the Sahara/Atlas - would have been very handy to find out on Erg Chebbi and have to limp home 3000 miles

Thanks for your help

Microcat doesn't have the "G" at the end so it doesn't matter.

The two online shops I was trying to source them from have it:

http://www.firstfour.co.uk/item/2171140/ma...n--gen-lr-

http://britishparts.co.uk/products/9353-airflow-sensor-MHK501040G

Regarding the MAP, I checked microcat and previous poster is correct you need LR022164

Some sellers, like paddocks, who sell genuine and pattern parts put G at the end to signal it is a genuine one.

Pity the bloke on the LR Spares counter wasn't as sharp - i've now got to waste time returning the useless part
