Hi Ken
You will need a dual battery tray from Devon 4x4 , but you will have to have either 2 optimas or 2 oddesey. The problem with optimas is the terminals are set in too far from the edge for the mega fuse connector to reach. The terminals are closer to the edge on oddeseys so there is not a problem. |

I've got a pair of nearly new Numax CVX-X in the garage that I pulled out of my last 90 (bunged the old knackered battery back in and left it on charge overnight before part-exchanging ) and which are planned to go in the new truck.
Never thought about the shape of the connector, I'll have to get the measuring stick out. Thanks for the tip MAD COW 2007 90 Hard Top - 2009 BMW F800GS - 2002 CCM 604E Dual Sport Project90 |

I did wonder about this, the battery box certainly looks big enough (My Numax's are about the same size as an Oddesey), but I haven't measured up yet. MAD COW

How did you secure the 2nd battery alongside the original? Presumably you left the original using the standard fixing brackets? I was originally thinking of sticking two Numax CXV-X in (the tdci). Will the mega fuse fit these? Thanks Keith 2010 110 Utility Station Wagon 1996 110 Station Wagon |
