Well that sad day has come when my Defender has been stolen off my driveway overnight. Please keep an eye out for it if you're in Birmingham/Worcestershire. It's grey, although the back door was finished in rather fetching yellow Halfords filler/primer as it waited for me to repaint it. Snorkel on driver's side, alloy wheels, chequer plate, etc etc. Front bumper painted silver, so fairly distinctive. Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant.
