Great description
I must share this with you...
I turned up today at one of my customers in my 12 utility all nice and clean after a weekend of using it in muddy fields for dogs/shooting and my customer said "that's a lovely landrover, new isn't it ? Isn't it one of those that they have made to look old "

Yes & yes. I guess. Wink Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender

Same here - when I brought the Defender home for the first time my next door neighbour said "Wow that's nice, it looks like new!" - "Errrmm, it is!" Laughing

He made the same mistake back in the early nineties when I bought a Mini Cooper! Laughing

Cheers! Thumbs Up
