Hi all,
it's time for my Disco 2 to move on to pastures new. I bought this car in February as a daily driver and greenlane car but a change in circumstances forces sale. I bought it from Whitbread Offroad where it had served as their D2 product show car - as such it is fitted with their lowline windscreen and roof protection bars and rear 2" receiver with removable tow hitch and recovery point. During my ownership its had a full service and numerous new parts including:- - discs and pads all round (done less than 4k miles) - injector harness - mass air flow meter - recon transfer box - front prop - US spec front cup holders - rear storage bins (replace fold up seats) - nearly every gasket replaced to ensure it's leak free! - D44 winch bumper, steering guard and ally washer bottle - QT diff guards - General Grabber AT2's all round (done less than 4k miles) - Alive tuning stage 2 remap including large road spec intercooler and Samco Hoses - full professional chassis and cavity waxoil (guaranteed for 5 years) It's a 1999 with 144k miles, tax till end of Dec 12 and MOT till Jun 13. It's mechanically sound, the bodywork and interior aren't perfect but it's by no means been abused. Will make a great car for the winter, green lane toy or basis for an offroad project. Currently located in Oxford but delivery is an option. Offers around £3500 Any questions, please ask.
