People suggested that at the time but apparently they just look at the certificate of conformity, see the number 4 and say "non!". They don't do any testing if the paperwork's not in order. I won't say I'm glad it happened as it cost me a few Francs but having said that, I do prefer my new 2.2 as it was a little bit pimped by the specialist dealer before I took delivery. |
