United Kingdom 2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 USW Santorini Black
Independent LR Specialist in Harrow/Middlesex area
Hi

Looking for a good independent specialist in the Harrow/Middlesex arera as I want to put on a few accessories on my Defender and can't bring myself to drill holes into the brand new bodypanels

Found http://www.alexengineering.co.uk/template/servicesframeset.html but would be grateful for some recommendations.

Trained in Land Rover, technician previously worked for HR Owen (now Chrales Hurst at Park Royal). So should be bonafide except how up to date are they.
I found when I tried to book they didn't answer/reply my call and therefore went to Charles Hurst - great guys at Charles Hurst had my driving lights fitted by them.

Yes I'm local to Charles Hurst but they charge dealer prices (not surprising as they are delaers)

Was looking for non-franchsised. I don't get some UK businesses though - must be making so much money they don't need to call back potential customers... Rolling Eyes

Yes, they do charge dealer prices, but they are good and committed to doing a good job.
If anything goes wrong they take it back - No questions asked.
There is also no waiting around. I can thoroughly recommend them.
They also like to work on Defenders as they mainly have Range Rovers.
I normally take my 90 to them instead of having a service in Gibraltar. They also have a good parts dept.
You only get what you pay for!
